Ordering Minimum for Catering is 10 guests.
Any orders under the Minimum are Subject to an Administrative Fee.
All Catering Orders Must be Placed 48 Hours in advance. Orders submitted less than 24 hours in advance will be assessed for approval.
Last Minute orders are not Guaranteed. Acceptance will be based on availability of items requested, next day volume & chef’s approval. Please note the cut-off times for all next day orders are as follows: Pastries 10am & Lunch selections 10am.
Office Hours are from 7:00am – 5:00pm. Any drop-offs that take place before or after these times will incur additional staffing charges.
Cancellations of an event less than 1 full business day in advance of the event will incur a charge equal to the amount of any non-recoverable food, beverages, staff and equipment expenses incurred for the event at cost. All Cancellations must be made 24 Hours in advance
All catering orders for 75 guests or more must be placed a week in advance. Additional staff may be required beginning at $332 per member of staff.
All Caterings / Receptions Over 100 guest will be charged a 200-dollar Labor Fee.
Additional Staff Beginning at 332 may be required for Meetings Based on Volume & Labor needed to accommodate event. Ex. All day events with several services, Consistent refreshes throughout day, High Volume of Catering ordered, & multiple services in different rooms placed by guest.
All Alcoholic beverages must be purchased through Aramark as Aramark holds the liquor license within the building.
For every 50 guests, one bartender is required, Bartender/Wait staff service is $332 each. Services include setup, service, cleanup and breakdown of event
All receptions are based on a two-hour time frame. Additional time requested will be 5 dollars per person for every half hour.
All Receptions Must be placed 1 week prior to the event. A 2-week notice may be requested depending on Custom request & the magnitude of the order. Receptions with a headcount of 75 or more will incur a service fee.
Passing Style Receptions may require Additional Staff Beginning at 332.
All receptions taking place after 4pm are considered After Hour events. After Hour Events are subject to a 20 percent Admin Fee.

All rental & linen requests must be made a week in advance. Equipment and linen rental services will incur additional service charges.
Enhancements of guest service ware from plastic to China and glassware may require rental services. China must be requested a week in advance so we can assure availability. Please Note Chinaware enhancement is an additional fee.
Plated luncheon and dinner menus are available upon request within a separate guide. One-to-two-week notice is required. In all cases, costs will be finalized for the above service and rental requirements once all guest counts, event planning and menu decisions are made, and the orders have been placed.
Any external Catering Service services provided through Aramark will include food pickup, set up & clean up. A 20 percent service fee will be applied to the order. Any orders placed outside of Aramark, Through the client will be the responsibility of the client. Ex. Ez Cater
